Viessmann Tyfocor LS heating medium 200L - 7159729
Heat transfer medium "Tyfocor LS" in a disposable container. Ready -to-use mixture based on 1.2-propylene glycol with frost resistance down to -28°C , optionally in a 25 liter or 200 liter disposable container. Service life approx. 5 years, then check regularly. The cold protection is determined by testing using the Viessmann antifreeze tester.
Tyfocor LS can be mixed with Tyfocor G-LS.

FAQ: Is darkening of the medium harmful?
A discoloration of the solar medium can occur with older heat transfer medium, for example Tyfocor L, if it has frequently heated up to well over 120 °C. Depending on the condition of the solar medium, it often has to be completely replaced. The temperature resistance or frost protection is then usually no longer fully guaranteed. With the Tyfocor HTL / LS solar media used today, darkening no longer occurs because they are resistant to higher temperatures.
