SWEP B10TH Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger – 30 Plate, 1" BSP (B10THx30)
SWEP B10THx30 Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger
The SWEP B10THx30 is part of the SWEP B10TH series of brazed plate heat exchangers, which includes a wide range of plate configurations from 10 to 50 plates for different heating system sizes. The most common plates we stock include B10THx20, B10THx30, and B10THx40, but other configurations are available on request.
Brazed plate heat exchangers provide efficient heat transfer between two separate water circuits while maintaining hydraulic separation. The B10THx30 is suitable for both heat pump systems and traditional boiler systems, providing reliable performance for medium to larger heating loads.
Temperature Difference (ΔT)
The B10THx30 is suitable for systems with a typical ΔT depending on the application: 5–10°C for heat pump systems or 10–20°C for traditional boiler systems. This ensures efficient heat transfer with minimal temperature drop and consistent system operation.
Typical Applications
-
Boiler heating systems
-
Air source and ground source heat pump installations
-
Underfloor heating manifolds
-
Thermal store connections
-
Hydraulic separation for multi-circuit heating systems
