ESBE VTN102 Anti-Freeze Valve – G1 & G1¼
ESBE VTN102 Anti-Freeze Valve
The ESBE VTN102 is an automatic anti-freeze safety valve designed to help protect air-to-water monobloc heat pumps and associated pipework from freezing during cold weather and power outages.
When the system water temperature falls below approximately 3°C, the valve automatically begins to discharge cold water, allowing warmer water from the system to reach the valve. As the water temperature rises to approximately 4°C, the valve closes again automatically.
This helps protect the heat pump and plate heat exchanger from freeze damage without requiring the valve to be manually reset.
