Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin – Pre-Insulated Underground Heating Pipe
The Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin is a flexible, pre-insulated twin pipe system designed for buried heating and cooling applications.
It contains two PE-Xa carrier pipes with oxygen barrier for flow and return, surrounded by PE-X foam insulation and protected by a corrugated HDPE outer casing.
The twin-pipe arrangement keeps flow and return together within one insulated casing, helping reduce excavation requirements and simplify underground installation.

Sold by the metre: 1 quantity = 1 metre of pipe.
Pipe & Fitting Selector
Each Ecoflex Thermo Twin pipe contains two carrier pipes, one for flow and one for return.
For each end of the Ecoflex pipe you require:
- 1 x rubber end cap
- 2 x WIPEX 6 bar couplings, one for each carrier pipe
For a typical continuous pipe run connecting two locations, you will therefore normally require 2 x rubber end caps and 4 x WIPEX couplings in total.
