The Uponor Ecoflex VIP Thermo Twin is a flexible, pre-insulated twin pipe system for underground heating and cooling applications.
It combines two PE-Xa carrier pipes for flow and return within a single highly insulated outer casing. Uponor's Vacuum Insulated Panel (VIP) technology, together with PE-X foam insulation, provides excellent thermal performance while allowing a smaller outer casing and good flexibility for installation.
The system is suitable for applications including heat pumps, communal heating, district heating and other buried heating or cooling networks.

Pipe & Fitting Selector
Each Ecoflex VIP Thermo Twin pipe contains two carrier pipes, one for flow and one for return.
For each end of the Ecoflex pipe you require:
- 1 x rubber end cap
- 2 x WIPEX 6 bar couplings, one for each carrier pipe
For a typical continuous pipe run connecting two locations, you will therefore normally require 2 x rubber end caps and 4 x WIPEX couplings in total.
