IMI Heatmiser neoStat 12V V3 – Low-voltage smart control for multi-zone systems

The neoStat is a 12v powered thermostat with a volt free switch. The neoStat communicates to the neoHub and other neoStats within your home, to create a fully controllable network system of your home heating. The 12v neoStat is compatible with the  UH8-N Wiring centre.  

Simple installation is key with Neo. The neoStat has been designed to replace an existing three wire thermostat, and after joining the zone to the neoHub, remote control is possible.

The neoStat can be configured to work as a thermostat or as a timer- ideal if you want to take control of your towel rails or lighting. 

The neoStat 12V V3 is the low-voltage variant of our latest smart thermostat range, designed for systems that require a 12V powered thermostat with a volt-free output. With the same modern interface as the 230V neoStat V3 - featuring a crisp backlit display and illuminated touch keys—it offers intuitive, reliable control for a wide range of applications.

Ideal for use with the UH8-N Wiring Centre, neoStat 12V V3 communicates wirelessly with the neoHub to form a fully connected multi-zone smart heating system. Once paired with the neoHub (sold separately), you can manage heating and timed functions remotely through the neoApp and integrate with leading smart home platforms.

neoStat 12V V3 can operate either as a programmable thermostat or as a timer, giving you the flexibility to control heating, towel rails, lighting and other low-voltage-connected devices.
