The aluminum spreader plate system is an ideal solution for a suspended timber floor both upstairs or downstairs.
The spreader plates fix the joists and have preformed channels built in to take the pipe and also help radiate the heat from the pipe to space above it. The finished floor can be laid directly over the spreader plates.
