Flamco's Flexvent floating air vents are made of a closed brass housing and plastic interior. The water level lifts the float to close the air valve and release any trapped air. Trust our decades of market experience for efficient and reliable air venting.
In order to enable even fast installation of the Flexvent air vents the versions with a valve sleeve (shut-off valve) in the dimensions ⅜", ½" and ¾" are be equipped with an with self-sealing incision gasket. In practice this means that the installer doesn’t need to use sealing tape for installing these version into an heating system anymore. The Flexvents are also equiped with an captive cap with an user-friendly open/close function and a leak prevention.
