Fully automated pellet boiler with induced draft fan and modulating fuel feed.For combustion of 6mm wood pellets according EN ISO 17225, part 2: wood pellet class A1 / D06.
- Retort complete with optimized silicon carbide combustion chamber Including special alloyed two-part combustion grate, consisting from fixed slip-on grate and automatic 110° tilting grate
- Three-way heat exchanger, fully automaticheat exchanger cleaning in the second and third train
- Automatic ash discharge from retort and heat exchanger in 2 separated mobile ash boxes
- Flue gas recirculation FGR
- Automatic ignition by silent ceramic igniter
- Variable speed high efficiency EC induced draft fan
- Double protection system for maximum burn back protection
- Vacuum-controlled combustion with sensorless ember bed monitoring
- Fixed built-in temperature control with HE pump, mixer, shut-off and balancing valve
- External suction modul fitted in the return line in any position
- Room air-independent operation possible
- Scrub and cleaning device set

Microprocessor controls for optimising the combustion process through precise control of the boiler- and exhaust gas temperature, including actuators for primary and secondary air dampers, 7 ” color display for the representation of all important values and status messages with USB interface for updates; including lambdacontrol
