The Samsung EHS Mono R290 Heat Pump introduces a new residential home solution with its latest addition to the EHS heat pump line-up. It uses R290 as its refrigerant, boasting a significantly lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) of only 3 compared to R32 and R410A. Available in 5, 8, 12, and 16 kW capacities, this unit is adaptable to a variety of project requirements while maintaining a compact design, with the 5 and 8 kW units standing at only 850mm tall and the larger 12 and 16 kW units at approximately 1000mm. Its sleek design makes it a perfect addition to any outdoor living space.

Higher Hot Water Temperature of up to 75°C

Many European homes with older heating systems rely on radiators that require a high water temperature (at least 65°C) in order to effectively heat rooms. However, the Samsung Mono R290 Gen 7 Heat Pump offers advanced features that can consistently provide hot water at temperatures up to 75°C for domestic heating purposes. This makes it a suitable replacement for gas boilers in older residential spaces. Additionally, the heat pump can supply hot water at temperatures up to 70°C2 even when the outdoor temperature drops to -10°C without needing a booster heater.
