Wood chip/pellet boiler for automatic burning of: fuel as per EN ISO 17225
- Part 4: Wood chips class A2 / P16S-P31S,
- Part 2: Wood pellets class A1 / D06 Optimum combustion technology thanks to:
- Industrial moving grate combustion chamber for screw loading,with automatic ash rake under the grate elements for cleaning the combustion chamber even when in heating mode without shutting down the combustion system; grate elements made of heat-resistant material for homogenising the bed of embers, fluidised-bed combustion chamber with firebrick lining for high-temperature combustion, and air jacket for pre-heating of combustion air.
- Vertical three-flue heat exchanger, incl. WOS automatic cleaning system made of high-heat-resistant turbulators
- Automatic ash discharge from combustion chamber into mobile ash box with 160 l capacity (optional available from heat exchanger)
- Automatic ignition with hot air igniter
- Speed regulated and monitored induced draught fan
- Underpressure-controlled combustion system
SPS 4000 control system: Used to control the drive units of the boiler system, upgradeable modular design
- Boiler control unit with large touchscreen display
- Control cabinet fitted to boiler
- Lambda control with broadband probe
- Control for a return feed mixer immersion sensor
Stoker unit not included with boiler (available in a choice of three different models)
FBR chamber discharge system
Comprising:
- Basic module with rotary agitator (spring or articulated torsion arms),
- screw channel, feed screw 150 with geared motor, gravity shaft top with sprinkler and thermal valve
