Suitable for direct unloading from truck or tipper

Consisting of:

• basic module with transition to BFSV (L= 400 mm)
• beginning and end trough distributors (L= 2000 m) including drive unit (4 kW) for vertical auger,
• drive unit (3 kW) for horizontal auger, control cabinet including operating unit and all required sensors

• tipping gutter in 2 different lengths: 1900 mm, 2900 mm
• vertical auger from 3000 mm to 7000 mm
• horizontal auger extension to tipping gutter from 1000 mm to 4000 mm

• Delivery in main components: tipping gutter, vertical feeder, distribution auger therefore easy assembling
• Heavy shaftless auger for long lifespan and trouble-free operation
• The tipping gutter can be equipped with wheels and be disconnected and stored elsewhere after use

• The flexible front piece of the tipping gutter can be adjusted to the height of the loading lip of the delivery truck
• Adjustable cover plates for adaptation to fuel quality
• Right- / Left rotation of flinger disc ensure maximum filling rate

• All drives have an efficiency > 90%for most economic operation-

• Suitable for wood chips EN ISO 17225 part 4: wood chips class A2 / P16S-P31S
• Conveying capacity up to 30m³/h (depending on wood chip quality)
