Condensing-Boiler PE1c Pellet

Fully automated condensing pellet boiler with induced draft fan and modulating fuel feed. For combustion of 6mm wood pellets according EN ISO 17225,

  • Pellet burner with reliable and automatic cleaning by sliding gate and ash screw with external ash box (18 liters)
  • Boiler body made of stainless steel
  • Speed-controlled, quiet induced-draught fan with function monitor for maximum operational reliability
  • Automatic silent ignition with glow starter
  • Serial automatic WOS-technology (Efficiency Optimisation System) for maximum efficiency and automatic cleaning of the heat exchanger
  • Additional heat exchanger cleaning by flushing device
  • High safety against burnback with double slide system
  • Pellet container (capacity 60 litre)
  • Scrub and cleaning device set

Control system P 3200 Touch

Microprocessor controls for optimising the combustion process through precise control of the boiler- and exhaust gas temperature, including actuators for primary and secondary air dampers, 7 ” color display for the representation of all important values and status messages with USB interface for updates; including lambda control

Scope of delivery:

  • Core module
    • 2 mixing heating circuits (outside sensor included) and
    • 1 speed-controlled pump output or change-over valve
  • Hydraulic module
    • 2 speed-controlled outputs for pumps or switching valve
    • 6 sensor inputs
  • Outside sensor
  • DWH management with 1 sensor
  • Contact probe for 1 mixing heating circuit (2nd heating circuit possible via additional sensor)

Optional:

Control expandable to 18 heating circuits (wall enclosures) and total

8 hydraulic modules (wall housing); thereby numerous additional functions such as solar, oil / gas boilers, circulation, differential control

(e.g., water-borne chimney insert), etc. are possible. For additional equipment see connection diagrams.
